The Most Magical Harry Potter-Inspired Office

This office was so much fun to design. I wanted to use different plaids together (red, black and neutral plaids). The plaid was in the wallpaper, textiles and blankets. I just adore pattern on pattern! The centerpiece was a round table that housed a collection of Harry Potter snow globes, books and other accessories. However, the true focal point was the ceiling. I asked a muralist friend of mine to come paint a Harry Potter quote on the ceiling and that was my most favorite part of the entire office. To highlight the quote even more, I hung owl cages with books and scrolls from the center- creating a display worthy of Snape’s potions classroom and fit for a magical experience every time anyone came into the office!
