Petite Townhome in Doral

A new construction, cookie cutter townhome in much need of personality was what the client said to me…. My job was to decorate this home in a modern, mid-century style with bright colors so the homeowner could feel like her personality was present and it didn’t feel like the builder’s special. No problem! I worked with the owner’s preferred color palette, choosing a mix of navy and orange, blacks and whites. The project had a strict budget as they lived out of the country and were going to use this sparingly. Each room had a different color palette request and function- so that’s what we executed. In the end, it had its own unique personality, reflective of the owner’s preferences and the builder special went straight out the door. Problem solved, design successful!
