A TV Room with a Vintage Twist

For this TV room: I chose vintage astrological prints I found online. I wasn’t able to procure the whole set as this was all the seller had- but it was just enough to be the jumping off point for every other element in the room! The art is from the 1950’s and each was different. Choosing the frame was the most fun because I had to choose a frame that was neutral enough to go with all of them and somehow unify them. The frame choice then dictated the gorgeous geometric laser cut velvet fabric we used for the sectional. The beautifully complex chair fabric in green geometric was introduced to bring in the tones in the vintage artwork and break up the neutral sofa hues. There are pops of color everywhere in this space- down to the vintage-inspired light fixture in Mint green- but everything works in perfect balance. It’s really an interesting space to sit and watch tv, or hang out with loved ones to spark a conversation!
