Small Spaces: A Cozy Guest Bedroom With a Personality!

Small spaces can be challenging, but they can also be the most fun to design. As this bedroom sits within a waterfront home, I chose this unique wallpaper particularly because it reminded me of underwater plant life. There was something so organic about these tall stalks of flowers that looked like they were floating under the waves and I loved it.. so unique. I took the black from the stems and created one accent wall for the bed to sit against. To break up the black and orange tones, I brought in a beautiful, bright emerald green in the table lamps, art work and bedding. Lastly, I added a vintage 1950’s ceiling light featuring astrological signs to finish it off. It’s a small, but cheery space bursting with unique personality… Perfect for any guest to enjoy a few days away from home!
