The design direction was clear the moment I walked in: Miami in its fullest expression. Sun-soaked, vibrant, and completely unapologetic. The decor is an eclectic mix of colors — warm golden tones, ocean blues, and pops of energy — all working together to reflect the feeling of living in one of the most iconic cities in the world. Nothing here is an accident. Every piece, every color, every texture was chosen to amplify the lifestyle this penthouse promises.
The layout flows effortlessly between the two floors, making it as functional as it is stunning. Whether you're hosting a rooftop gathering, catching a sunset with a drink in hand, or simply taking in those unreal views on a Tuesday morning, this space delivers.
