A Rental Apartment with a Personality

This project was designed to be rented out as an Airbnb. I have much experience designing and managing Airbnb’s myself, so I keep in mind a few simple rules when tackling this particular type of property: How will this rental space function? How can I design it well and on a strict timeline and budget? And lastly- what will attract a potential renter to your listing vs the millions of others. This is where design comes in! Choosing unique, bold wallpapers to coordinate and balance out the red granite floors was the first thing I tackled. Then I designed around it using a few new pieces I sourced, as well as pieces the owners had. All in all- it came out beautifully, on time and on budget. To this day, the owners have done quite well with it and I’m so pleased with the results.
